Help! left and down arrow keys are suddenly not working

Hello,
i was paying a live multiplayer game on my acer laptop, till then everything was fine, the next morning keyboard's left and down control keys suddenly stopped working. Now I have no idea what to do ..i tried everything but nothing is happening ..i need an urgent help..please.........help me to solve this problem.

You can test your system by using the On Screen Keyboard (OSK) that you start from "Start" button menu. Just type OSK in the drop down box. Try the arrow buttons on the OSK screen it they work then you might have worn-out the buttons on the keyboard and you need a replacement keyboard.
