My Laptop arrow keys not working

This is very inconvenient for me, so I'm asking for help. Normally, I can just hold an arrow down and it will scroll; however, I now have to click the button continuously to even move an inch. This may be because my laptop is old. Please help.

Thanks for the reply anyway it was a jammed key which I was not realising now this problem has been shorted out.

There are a few things that could cause arrow keys to stop working. These include a faulty driver, a jammed key, the cursor is turned off, num lock is activated, scroll lock is activated, or the obvious answer, the keyboard needs to be replaced.
