HELLO. When I type on my keyboard , the wrong characters or multiple characters show up, or nothing shows up at all. My mouse also freezes and stops working. When I power on my laptop , the login screen automatically prefills with the wrong password. I have tried hitting the numlock key, the fn key, shift 5 times, language and regions, shift+r, fn+numlock...etc none of it works. can somebody help me please?

This is recurring problem with laptops, it's a circuit problem which only a qualified hands-on technician can attend to.
