Screen looses signal

Hello, guys
If i start my computer then screen gets the signal. Windows want's to start in safe mode. I cannot choose other mode because the mouse and keyboard doesn't work. When Windows runs 20 seconds and chooses automically safe mode then my screen says theres no signal and then mouse and keyboard indicator light are working. I'm using DVI-HDMI cable between computer and screen.
Aprecciate, if anyone could help me.

I think the the severity of your problem(s) is such that one needs "hands on" access to identify the nature of the problem. I suggest you take the PC to a good local repair shop.
