Hello, i have a problem in my XP after up my windows i have only back ground and pointer i have no shortcut no start menu , rightclick isnt working and no taskmanager my background freeze my windows help me please

Does booting in safe mode (tapping F8) working ?

i tried to safe mode but i have only blackscreen in safe mod my safemod windows doesnt work

Hi again,

There are three possible sources to the problem:

1. You monitor is burnt.

2. Your graphic card is fried

3. Your motherboard died

To see which one you must try to connect to another monitor.
