Pen Drive Showing shortcuts

Dear Sir,

my all 5 pendrives are showing shortcuts while i used it in different PC also, i tried your solution

also but it works only for same time when i re insert my pen drive the problem exist, i scared to use my Hard disk with my PC and all other systems of my office.

Please help me to resolve this problem fully
