Dear Sir,

my all 5 pendrives are showing shortcuts while i used it in different PC also, i tried your solution

also but it works only for same time when i re insert my pen drive the problem exist, i scared to use my Hard disk with my PC and all other systems of my office.

Please help me to resolve this problem fully

It does not remove ur shortcut file from that pen drive permanently but it will remove the file for that particular instance. For removing that file permanently u have to scan your pen-drive with antivirus like Quick Heal or Kaspersky.
