Hello, left my lap top charging worked great till then came back it had turned itself off now if i press start all the blue lights light up on top row but lap top will not start up no noise no nothing i tried your no power reset trick and did nothing tried the memery xstalll install trick nothing
HELP eddie

hi,
remove the battery and insert it again.
or you may try another battery in the laptop to see if the problem still remains.
you said you left the laptop charging; for how much time?
it may be that this damaged the computer.

hey i have the same problem. i've done everything to get it to work again, but nothing. i waited in line with it in my bag at bestbuy and it worked by the time it was mine turn. it was determined that it was the hinge sensor that's not working. anything to solve this?
