Problem in Laptop Startup???

Hi,

When I switch on my Laptop it get started and off within a second. I tried removing my battery and holding the power button 4 sometime and the problem get solved. Every time when I switch off and on I get this problem. Any one please tell me solution to et out of this problem

It may be due to virus or BIOS problem.
But it is not big as it happens some times due to direct shutdown it is better to reinstall windows if there is still problem the have to check hardware.
