Hello,

I am using an old Dell Latitude D 610. This laptop was a gift from someone in Italy. I am facing the problem of number keys on the top row. If I press Shift and the number keys then I get !@#$% corresponding to the numbers 1,2 3, 4, 5 respectively. This matches with the symbols on the keys. But if you press 6 7 8 9 0 then you get ^&*()_+ which is not matching with the symbols on the keys.
Further the keys , . are typing Ok as per symbol but when pressed with Shift then shows < > which is different from the symbols of ; and : respectively.

I think there is some problem with synchronization. Please help me.

Hi sarkar,

Change in the keyboard layout can cause keys behavior to change. Please ensure all the additional languages are removed from "Regional and Language" settings. Click here to find steps on how to change your keyboard layout.
