Why en.kioskea can't help more ?
First, because there is not others solutions. If it was easy, it would also be easy for the "bad guys" to hack your account, even if it is possible to hack a number of them because many people have very weak passwords and never change.
But hacking is illegal and CCM (like others forums devoted to computer help), is a community that complies with the law (if not, we would be already closed) . Fortunately for you, because tomorrow somebody unscrupulous could ask us to enter into an account and ...it would be yours ! So the law protects you against the theft of your mail and of your privacy ...because we will do them the same answer.

Only your provider can check if you are the real owner and if you can not prove your identity, your account will be deleted.
For the future :
- create a strong password,
- do a screenshot of the information you have provided during registration,
- write password and answer to secret question.
- give an alternative email, write it with its password in a notebook.
- put everything in security : bank vault, protected file... .
