OK Hange in there.
So first of all the HDD does not house the BIOS.
Second, If you have performed a successful format then there is NO DATA TO RECOVER!
Please describe what steps (in Detail) you have performed, as I am not certain at what part you are failing.
Is this a laptop or pc? What kind model and make?

OK. Its PC.
I had connected my hard disk to another PC and its detecting.
now whats this??? why it is not detecting to my PC.
