Can't access my facebook account

Dear Sir, pls I forgot my password and security questions and can't seem to access my yahoo or facebook account cause both medias insist on sending a code to my alternate account but I can't access either the main or alternate, pls help me cause I have files I need. The account name is <private information removed by moderator>

Hang in there.

This can be frustrating, but we cannot help from here. You must make those providers that you are using aware of your situation. What have they done to help? Go to those providers for assistance in changing your account, as they can verify you are who you say you are.
