Hang in there.
Are you using touch environment? Select the word(s) by moving your finger over it, and press until a box appears, release and options will appear. Select copy. Now hold your finger down where you want it to be pasted, a box appears, select paste.
Keyboard shortcuts shoud not be affected, so CNTRL-C copy, CNTRL-X CUTS, and CNTROL V pastes.

it is not a touch.cut copy paste works in notepad word etc.... but doesnot work in moving files and folders
Keyboard shortcuts still are applied to files.
