I am trying to do a full factory restore on my toshiba L305 laptop. I have read tons of tips and nothing works. I do not have a disk nor do I have a recovery wizard. I tried 0, f8, f12, etc. it just comes up to windows. It never gives me the option to restore.

Toshiba never issued recovery material in any form.
