I bought this old computer. It has a old linex program running it. I need to delete all the protected files with password protect on them. That way I can update the system. i have no video on it . It run Ubuntu one. How do i delete all that. I don't care what info thats on it.

I suggest you download and burn a new CD with Linux on another computer. It's very easy to replace the current Linux OS that is on your computer. I suggest Ubuntu Linux.
