You can do it with mhotspot, connectify, Virtual Router or MyPublicWifi.

Hi, thank you for the reply...
connectify is the only one tht suitable for windows xp...
sadly tha free program could not share internet from wireless usb modem...
to be able to do this, i have to upgrade it to Pro...
haha
any other program?

So basically all your solutions are correct...
For windows xp, i can use Connectify Pro 3.71 (It is compatible), it can be found through google and already include the serial number
The link you that you gave me is also good...
But turned out, there is one more major problem that can be solved..
My android cannot connect to ad-hoc wifi, it can detects the signal, but it can connect...
the only way to do that, is to root my android and use 3rd party app from google store... But i dont want to root my phone...hahaha
So that will be the end of me... hahaha
