Help please
My laptop toshiba wont go pass the toshiba innovation it will go but the screen is blank all black onlything is a little undercode line flashing.
I have try turning it off taken tje battery out and still nothing do some ine know what might be wrong please help....

Hello,
I assume that you took out the battery, disconnected the cable, pressed and held the power button for at least 58 seconds before replugging to start.
What happens if you press alt+ctrl+del ?
P.S. I detest Toshiba laptops! Bad buy!
