Even if not shared 1mbps is very slow, you should try for 5 or 6 mbps.
The only you will be able to solve the problem is to contact your ISP and upgrade the service for a faster one, preferably cable.

Yes it's very low but I just need to know how to do that!
Just suppose I've a 50mbps connection, so how to split it equally into two??
