Cannot Receive or send yahoo mail in Outlook 7 Closed

Question

From yesterday onward I can not send or receive  Yahoo mail in my Outlook 7. Since i thought that it is due to the trouble with my ISP I tried 3 different ISP connection . But it is in vain . I tried to configure my Yahoo mail in 2 other PCs. But the Outlook 7 in those PCs could not configure it. Previously it was simple to configure Yahoo mail in Outlook 7  and I have helped my friends to do.  One of my friends also informed me that he is also finding the same problem since  Monday 9th Dec.

There seems to be problem from the "Yahoo" itself and they are still trying their
