                    Hello,
Try this 1
1) Temporary disable your Windows Firewall \ Antivirus and check if you are able
to access internet.
2) First try to ping to your router.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command
Let us know if you are able to get the reply messages.
3) If you are able to get the reply messages from above step 1 then try to ping
Google. Enter the below command.
Let us know if you are able to get the reply messages.

                    I tried the step 1 and step 2 .. In trying step 2 I get reply from ping 3 to 4 times and then it shows REQUEST TIME OUT

Try this 1
If the request timeout message appears when trying to ping to your router then the problem might be the connection between your PC and the router. Check your connection. Try another LAN cable and try to ping to your router. Make sure you get the reply messages.
