New hard drive

So earlier this week I got a new hard drive because my old one was broken. I am in Thailand on an exchange but I told the people from the shop specifically that I wanted my computer in Dutch (my native language). Yet my computer is now a mix of English, Thai and Dutch. I already went to the control panel to change my language to Dutch but not everything is changed. Can someone help me with this? The English and Dutch is not a problem but I don't know IT-terms in Thai...

Second problem: when I go to a site other than youtube to watch video's I have to download the video if I want to see it. I can not stream it online. Obviously I don't want to download every video I want to see. Can someone help me with that?

Third problem: I can not load certain sites since then which I could before. I don't think it's my internet connection because I can go to facebook, hotmail, google but if I try to go to this site: www.project-free-tv-video-online.me it won't load. It has happened with other sites too but this is the only example I can come up with now

Last problem: I can not download iTunes
I hope someone can help me!

To many problems in one topic anyways ill try help you but provide more information your computer name and windows version and model number etc.

I have windows 7 and a Packard Bell
I don't really know where I can find the model number sorry I don't know a lot about this stuff

Model number is like Packard bell 2838-2992
It can be found under your computer right next to your computer name it can have numbers and letters

Lets first try fix your second problem which site you cant view video link please.
Have you updated your computer with the latest stuff do you have flash player because you need flash player to view videos.
