Earphones work but the're not working on lapt

Hello,
my earphones are working on everything else, but when i put them into my laptop thhey don't connect.
They go as far as they can into the laptop, but the sound still plays out of the speakers.
If you can please help me with this problem. thanks

hi,
it seems that your microphone RCA input is faulty.
contact your local dealer for support.
don't try to open the laptop, get it to a certified IT technician.
