Hello,
Hi I have hp window S 7 laptop that refuses to start not even on safe mood
and after I reach starting window then this sentence appears
" interactive logon failure interactive logon process initialization has failed please consult the event log for more details"
so any body can tell me how to open on safe mood ??

I suggest you take the laptop to a local repair shop. This looks like a hardware problem that needs hands-on access to diagnose.

yes but here's the thing all the stores i know have one solution for everything new windows with formatting the first one
so if you have any other suggestion like anything at all on how to start safe mood
