Windows cannot complete my 32 gb pen drive format

hi i am sujith.i have a kingston 32gb pendrive.i was not able to format it.when i click on format...it is comming that "windows was unable to complete the format. please tell me a solution.i dont want to lose my 32 gb pen drive. it is saying some volume error. please tell me a solution for that volume error...thanks

If it's a new pen drive I suspect you have a counterfeit drive and it will never work. If it's an older drive it's probably been damaged by static electricity and is broken.
