Locked keys duplicating themselves

Im using a Toshiba p755 laptop running win 7 home and my spacebar now enters 0 ( zero) and the 0 duplicated the space bar. the r has 4 and 4 has an r before it s the same with o (alpha O) and y the 6

shut off these key functions

restored the computer 2 times tried the fn the f1 fn + num lk ctrl + insert etc

still cannot return keys to function correctly
