Hi,
i have HP 6910p laptop. i am facing the problem of blank screen. whenever i start my laptop, it starts with a blank screen and does not show anything afterwards and also does not switch off by pressing the switch off button. then i unplug its battery and restart again. in second or third attempt, it starts. how can i solve this problem. is it a hardware problem or software problem. Please help me to find its solution.

Hi

Try this:

1. Remove the battery and cable

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds

3. Replug and start
