Keyboard not working in Acer ASPIRE E1-431 Laptop

When I click any key for example if press R in notepad RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR............. was getting repeated and without stop.And my laptop getting hang. Please help me to fix that problem.
i am using windows 7

Hello

This is circuit issue common to laptops. Your keyboad needs to be removed and cleaned.
