Add "x" based on "Y" lines and copy

Help! I have a spread sheet that is over 8,000 lines and I need to insert and copy lines based on a value in "y". Also then add a blank line under the grouping. I am brand new and have tried lots of the codes on the internet but am struggling to make it work.

good morning,

Your problem description is rather vague.

So do you want a button that you push, it indexes through all the lines, finds a "qualitier", and inserts a blank line, then continues?
