USB problem

I have a "hi-tech" pen drive but it does not work.I can open it but the size on disk is 0.When i open it a window asks me to format it but it does not format.This pen drive had many useful Data in it therefore please help me......:(

try google for "BOOTICE.exe" read how to use it and your prob will be solved.
