No work my Kingstone Pen Drive.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am in a problem with my pen drive. When I plug it to my laptop showing installing successfully but after then I can not find my pen drive in Laptop. I guess, My pen drive has lost its software or virus has crush the operating software of my pen drive.

Would you please help me to solve this problems or give me any free software to solve it.
