Very nice original way of picturing an issue!
Try this:
1. Remove the battery and cable
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds
3. Replug and start

Well, it doesnt do anything. No fan, no any sound. It doesnt react to anything.

It's very difficult to work online with a dead machine. If your battery has power and you have no reaction, if you plug the cable and you have no reaction, looks like a mummy board power supply issue to which only a hands on tech can look into.
I suggest you rest it on the stretcher and take it to the shop.
