Hello,


I have a problem with my hp dv6000. It won't turn up. Its plugged and charging led says its charging but it wont work... Anybony know anything? I tried heating motherboard chip and other things, but nothing seems to help.

Hello

Very nice original way of picturing an issue!

Try this:

1. Remove the battery and cable

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds

3. Replug and start

If you can hear the fan running, try an external monitor.

If you can't hear the fan...

Well, it doesnt do anything. No fan, no any sound. It doesnt react to anything.

It's very difficult to work online with a dead machine. If your battery has power and you have no reaction, if you plug the cable and you have no reaction, looks like a mummy board power supply issue to which only a hands on tech can look into.

I suggest you rest it on the stretcher and take it to the shop.
