Hello good afternoon! I am here for help regarding my yahoo password. I can't open my yahoo Mail since I forgot my password and it require my alternative email. And my alternative I used is no longer functioning. Help me recover my password without sending it to my alternative email. And one more thing, since my alternative email is no longer functioning, can I change it to my new alternative email? Please help me.

Go to this page to contact customer care, fill the form and wait for the answer :

or
https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=home&locale=en_CA&y=PROD_ACCT

Select password and sign in
Select forgot secret questions and answers
Click on the envelope
Fill the form
