HELP ! Screen is Black with cursor only

My toshiba laptop is only 1 year old. It accidentally got banged by my sister.
I tried to to restore it : By pressing the O + power button. It started up normal with the Toshiba screen. than it flashed the HD protection etc...
Next it showed the [EMS Enabled] Eventhough i already pressed enter, the screen continue to be blank (Black screen with the cursor) and nothing happened. The recovery wizard/Restore factory setting screen didn't appear.

I also tried to :
- Remove battery, unplug power, hold power button for 60 seconds, turn on computer with power plug only, then shutdown, add battery and restart.
- it didn't worked as well

Any idea?
