Netbook is slow, videos are not playing well.

Hi, I have a big problem. My netbook is relatively slow and playing videos is really a big mess. Whether in youtube or the downloaded videos using torrent. (I have been helped by a very patient guy here but I guess my case is really hopless so he advised me to ask for another help, any body please?????

No wonder you have difficulties, you should have a minimum 5.00 mbps and an upload speed of 2.00 mbps. That's snail's pace.

I used to get better speed than you when I had a phone modem.

I suggest you contact your ISP about this issue.

Thanks, let's forget about the netspeed and focus on the netbook. The problem that I have is the videos. Where ever I am, far or near the router, inside or outside the house, when I play any videos, it is not really doing well. For example, I have downloaded videos and played it with windows player, result = bad video. I have downloaded final player, result = bad video. I uninstalled final player and now have BS player but still , it is giving me a bad video. In youtube, or any streaming, worst.

Perhaps that you are not downloading quality videos?

watching videos on youtube doesnt need any downlooads, do they?

When ever you watch a video you need speed and it goes in your temp files which is a type of download yes which is later deleted when you restart your computer.

what I have told you, it is not my internet provioder that has a problem because I have run the speedtest again and it's over 5, it's the computer!
