hi,
it's not your processor that is running fast but the fan.
this may be due to an accumulation of dust on the heatsink, try to remove the fan and clean it.
try to switch on your computer and pay particular attention to the problems you are having and then describe them here. this will help me to help you better if you give much details about the problem that you are having.
