hey guys.

so i have this problem which is to write a formula to calculate the cost of minutes used in a computer shop.
here are the conditions:
< or = 15 minutes is 5.00
< or = 30 minutes is 10.00
< or = 45 minutes is 15.00
< or = 1 hour is 20.00

please help guys.. T.T
