Factory reset of a Sony viao model pcg-frv35

I have been trying to reset this computer for the past few days it seems every thing I've tried didn't work I need help please

Hello,

I believe Sony Vaio computers have a button on them marked "Vaio" - If you press this on startup do you get an option to restore to factory settings?

if not, let me know and i'll take a look on Sony's website to see if they have a guide.
