Hello, i would like to know can i reset my computer to factory setting using command prompts window and if i can how do i do it please let me or email me on this email kev3dwd@yahoo.ie

The Factory re-setting procedure differs by manufacturer. What make and model PC do you have?

im using a acer travelmate 4200 and windows vista basic program

The only info I can find is to use the ALT+F10 key combo to start the recovery process. Do you still have the instruction book?

i have tryed alt+f10 but it any doing it for me its just showing a noexcute option screen
