Hello,
my system is vista home premiuem , c drive access dined . all useres working but only login i cannot cahnge any program and c drive also 0 bytes showing, how its acess dined removed .

This could be a virus problem. Can you boot into Safe Mode? (use F8 during the Windows boot)
