Laptop os doesnt wake up

last night..due to battery low my laptp gets hibernate..and at that moment again I tried to restart it without plugging the power cable. and then my laptop gets restarted continuously without loading windws 7. what should I do? I need help.. I m using lenovo z570

1. Please check that your battery is inserted properly. The OS may not boot properly if it has low power in Battery.

2. Try loading BIOS if yes change the 1st BOOT option as HDD
