My Toshiba turned it self off and when I turned it on again it said there is a disk error press Ctrl +salt+del to restart only it doesn't !I have tried pressing the 0 key down and everything but nothing is coming up . Can you help me ?

You will probably need to replace the hard disk and reinstall Windows.
