Hi to all,

I've been experiencing a serious problem with my toshiba laptop. It shutdown by itself. Then when I turn it on, Startup repair will run. Then I wait, but then it will then off again, then startup repair will run again. Then it shut down again. Then it will show a message that startup repair can't fix it automatically. Then it will shut down. Then when I restart it, it will just show the same startup repair. But it will not open to the windows screen anymore. That's why I can't use it anymore. Do you know how to fix this problem? Please help. Thanks a lot. Hoping to receive a reply soon.

You need to reinstall windows. You need a window 7 or the windows you have on it. To do that you need to go into ms dos then go in boot a cd then you it go from there
