Hello,
I went to log in and when I accessed google chrome it went to a snap do search engine. I have tried to uninstall it but am leery because I"m getting a message that says Real Soft wants to access my computer in order to uninstall.
Can someone help me out here? Not sure what to do?

Hello,

Download the following Adwcleaner created by Xplode
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/6911-adwcleaner/
Launch it (for Windows 7 and 8, click right to run as administrator)
Click on delete
Post the log C:\Adwcleaner[Sx].txt on this thread.
