Hi Team,

Thanks for providing me an opportunity to be a part of the wonderful Team.

I would need a Macro to track the shift timings of the employees in my office. This is a new project and it would impact by career . Please help. Below mentioned are my requirements

1. We have 2 shifts at office.
- 05:30 AM to 14:30 PM (IST)
- 07:30 AM to 16:30 PM (IST)

We have given a buffer to each shift for half an hour. Say people coming in at 05:30 can come to office by 6AM and other one at 8AM.

2. When people log in at any of the shift, I should be made aware of their log in timings and in middle if they are disconnected, I should know the time gap, that is from when he/she is not available.

For Example:

1 Resource logs in at 05:45 AM but he goes offline at 05:55 AM and again he re logs in at 610AM, I need to know the time when he was not available with the timings.

Say the report should something look like,

X resource
Log IN - 05:45 AM

Log Out:05:55 AM

Re log in : 06:10 AM

Please help !!!!!

Hi Sygururaj,

Not sure with what you need help.

If you subtract the log out time from the re log in time you will get the unavailability time.

Best regards,
Trowa

So someone asking help is incompetent at their job?
That doesn't make sense to me.

Or did I misunderstood?

Hey, I will be the first to ask, not knocking that.

The principle isn't about being incompetent, it is about being promoted to incompetents.

I will excuse myself. I am sorry to interupt. Have a good one.

I am curious, is this phone loggin time, or desk time?
What PBX or Phone system?
How are calls being routed, by agent skills, or by pools?
Do you have CAS (call accounting software)?

Your cas reports should have all of that if you are dumping to the CDR (call detailling recorder) interface!
