HP Pavilion g4 laptop experience a black screen Closed

Question

I have done a hard reset -nothing
I have the white on light 
f10 does nothing at restart
i don't use battery at all since it is damage.
and now my laptop experience a black screen.
can you help me to fix this????

Jake,

You have fialed to mention the make and model of your pc that is failing.  It is important that we know what kiind of equipment you have, as each one is different.  Each manufacturer has a better way to fix your machine, we need to know the best method.  What kind of machine?  How long did it run?  Have you recently expereinced a flood?

 difficult! for a laptop have no battery for the black screen , try F8 or R5 to start in safe mode
