Laptop problem only the green light keep flashing

hi,

My laptop (sony vaio - E series VPCEH38FG) is not working. The problem is that when I press the power on button only the green light keep flashing. But no display showing, I have also check the battery as well as the charger..but they seems to be working properly.

So is there anyone can help me :)

I really need my laptop because school is about to start..hopefully someone will give me an anwer

Hello

Try this:

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the start button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
