System restarting again and again

my system is restarting again and again with a massage that your system is recovered from a serious error and it's frequency is increased in past days somebody told me that its something to do with my hardware.

i am using a cylron processor with 80 gb hard drive
1.5 gb ram and windows xp sp2

OK, check this out.

SP3 is the current version of the XP OS, so if you are going back to sp1, then be certain to get both VITAL upgrades. Update to SP3 before support runs out in april or may of this year!

i am getting following error massage

is it because of my ram
