WILL IBM ULTRA NAV KEYBOARD WORK ON OTHER COM

Hello,
How come my IBM Ultra Nav keyboard won't work on a differnet brand computer. I works but when I use some letter keys it prints out numbers. I love the keyboard on my thinkpad but I also wanted to use it on my HP desktop. Can anyone help?

hi,
this is happening because perhaps the other computer does not have trhe appropriate drivers to run the keyboard properly.
if you have the driver CD, install it in the computer and then connect the keyboard to it.
