What is your operating system?

Can you start in safe mode (tapping F8 while starting)

What did you do before the problem occurred? (Install or uninstalled software or hardware)

Sorry,

Modifying registry values an keys is very risky, it's the heart of your system especially system32.

I don't believe that you system will start in safe mode.

You must now insert your Windows 7 CD, boot and select repair.

Good luck

I can't tell you how to edit your registry because I don't know what you did before.

To edit the registry you click on run, type regedit and press enter

I suggest you reset you book to factory settings:

To restore your netbook factory settings; tap the F9 key on your keyboard until you see a loading screen. The restore programs prepare the files needed for the operation. You need to confirm that indeed you want to undertake the function. This will restore your netbook to factory settings and without any action on your part.
