pls i need help....whenever i switch on my pc acer it gives a message scanning and repairin disc(c) on getting to about 34% the pc restarts and the scanning restarts again till 34% again and does the same tin...before it will ask to press any key in 1 sec to skip scanning but it doesnt anymore....help appreciated tnx

I suspect you will need to buy a new hard disk.
